Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
What this policy covers
This page lists every cookie and browser-storage entry set by pullminder.com, what they do, how long they last, and which party operates them. It is the disclosure required by Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
We treat any persistent identifier — whether implemented as an HTTP cookie or as a localStorage entry — as a cookie for the purposes of consent. They are listed together below. For the broader description of how we handle personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function or to remember your choices. Always set, no consent required under ePrivacy Art 5(3) exemption (b).
Analytics
Google Analytics 4, loaded directly via gtag.js (ID: G-YQ4JWLTMW2) and via Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MPBK8RB9). Both share the same dataLayer and respect the same consent decision. Loaded only after you click Accept on the consent banner. Reject keeps these off entirely.
Advertising / cross-site tracking
We do not use any. The site has no advertising tags, no remarketing pixels, no third-party social trackers. The Google Tag Manager container described above is configured to load Google Analytics only.

The list above is exhaustive at the time of the last-updated date. If Google Tag Manager is reconfigured to load additional tags, or if the GA4 measurement ID changes, this page will be updated before those changes ship.
How we ask for consent
On your first visit a banner appears at the bottom of every page with two equally-weighted choices, Accept and Reject. Until you choose, no analytics cookies are set and neither gtag.js nor Google Tag Manager is loaded.
- Accept — we record your choice in
localStorageand inject the gtag.js and GTM script tags, which load Google Analytics 4. - Reject — we record your choice in
localStorageand do not load gtag.js or GTM. No analytics cookies are set on this visit or future visits while the choice persists.
Withdrawing or changing your choice
You can change your decision at any time without leaving the site:
- Scroll to the footer of any page on pullminder.com.
- Click Cookie settings under the Company column. The consent banner re-appears with both choices.
- Click Accept or Reject. Your new choice replaces the previous one immediately.
If you previously accepted and then reject, Google Analytics cookies that were already set will remain on your device until they expire or you clear them. To clear them now, use your browser's "Clear site data" or "Cookies and other site data" tool for pullminder.com. We do not have a way to delete cookies that Google has set on your device from our servers.
Third parties
When you Accept, the following third party will receive data:
- Google (Google Analytics 4, loaded via gtag.js and Google Tag Manager)— receives anonymised page-view, event, and device metadata. IP truncation and Google Signals are governed by Google's Analytics terms. We do not enable Google Ads remarketing or audience export.
Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Server-side logs
Our hosting provider records standard HTTP access logs (IP address, request URL, user-agent, timestamp). These are retained for up to 14 days for abuse detection and are not used for analytics or profiling.
Changes to this policy
If the set of cookies changes — for example we add a new analytics tag or replace GA4 — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date bumped. Material changes will also trigger the consent banner to re-appear so you can review the new disclosure before the new tags load.
